They do, but they don't appear to actually use it for bans. And it is detectable, see MSLLHOOKSTRUCT structure (Windows) and SetWindowsHookEx function (Windows)
There hasn't been any evidence that Jagex uses it, since the callback is actually empty. So it never became of anything.
Benland already wrote a hook for Jaclib.dll, so if @Arbiter or @Cloud wants to implement it, to be 100% safe, they can.

Wait wait wait, then why don't they just ban everyone and save themselves the trouble?
Exactly, Jagex is pretty mysterious. I wouldn't be surprised if Jaclib.dll was something Jacmob was working on before he left, something he could easily switch on if need be. Perhaps Jagex forgot about it, and it's just been left behind.

dident you say earlier you had 1 out of the 22 instaces banned? If you dident no worries I must of mixed you up with someone eles.
I had an account banned I was botting 6 hours aday with crafting mod, I never complained about it because when I bot I take full responsibility. I did however post it in the correct form on runemate.

yea but it wasnt becuz of spectre or runemate
i used a different software that got me banned
plus i ran 22 and only one got banned

Am I suppose to just assume your not using runemate
? also you dident write out the form so nobody would of known what bot you used anyway.

What'd you expect, an actual percentage or chance of you being banned?
1) Never bot on an account you are unwilling to lose
2) Don't "suicide" bot - botting more than 8 hours per day is very obvious
3) Change up your skills, play legitimately from time to time, do quests

1) Never bot on an account you are unwilling to lose (bot on any acc who can be fucked mining iron ore for 100s of hours)
2) Don't "suicide" bot - botting more than 8 hours per day is very obvious ( Bot 24/7 otherise xp waste)
3) Change up your skills, play legitimately from time to time, do quests (MAAAAAAAAAAAJORRRR KEEEYYYY!)
