well like the title says, iv been running my SandCrab bot and at first it kept spamming the floor underthe chest trying to open the bank, so i stopped the bot and restarted it because it wouldnt let me click the chest myself, and then i look at my wallet after the bot got setup 2minutes later and iv been deducted 32c, iv only got $1 on it and its taken a third for 3minutes of botting. help please what do i do?

You are being charged for every hour you start. Restarting the bot starts a new session with a new hour. For more information read the FAQ Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ

The FAQ thread clearly states how the premium bot model works and charges.

If you feel you have been unfairly charged due to a bug, contact the bot author with evidence of your issue (log files, screenshots etc.) and it is at their discretion whether they refund you.
