In more detail: I want to upgrade to supporter but it's going to take me a while to open a bunch of runescape accounts with membership. So what I was hoping to do is that as I upgrade one account with a bond, I'll upgrade to supporter with the 3 dollar sub, and then the 4 dollar sub ( when I get the next account in the next day after) and keep looping this. If I can upgrade my sub while already a supporter, would I only be paying the difference? Thanks!

Yes, your subscriptions will stack.

If you subscribe with a $3 payment today (3x accounts at once) and tomorrow purchase a $10 supporter package (10x accounts at once), from tomorrow you would be able to run 13x accounts.
