Question Instance Failed, hit the hours limit

When I try to open the bot and start the instance, I am prompted with the error, you have reached your limit of 600 botting hours in the last month. I have the option to review my usage, and when I do, it shows I have used almost 400, not 600, but I am unable to use the bot?

Do you bot on a shared network or use a VPN? I can see there is another RuneMate account being used on the same IP address as you, both with very similar registration email addresses.

Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts will combine, however they won't necessarily display correctly on the graph.

Creating multiple accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit will not work and is against our rules (NB: I am not saying you have done this, just pointing it out).

What happens when we get to 600 hours?
