Hi guys,

To my knowledge, when you use premium bots, you get deducted say $0.10/hr, and if you run the bot for 1h and 5min, you will get deducted $0.20 even if you end the bot 5 minutes past the first hour. Is this how RuneMate calculates hours used under the services tab? It shows that I botted for 23 hours today and obviously, I haven't (I always check back on my bots and don't leave it on for more than 5h unattended).

Please help because all of my usage hours are depleting extremely quickly and I do not think it is an accurate representation of my actual botted hours. Thanks!

You are charged at the beginning of the hour, for each hour used.

If you bot for 1 hour and 5 minutes, you will be charged twice.

If you stop/restart the bot, you will be charged again.

There can be a delay from when you use the hours till when they appear on your services page.

The usage stats are precise to the second, when you bot for 5 minutes, 5 minutes will be added instead of a full hour.

Also, do you bot on a shared network, use a VPN or have a friend/family member use RuneMate?
