So I dont know why but I kept crashing while running a bot (Wintertodt hexis) everytime I run it Again I got charged! This is a rip off and I want a refund! here is the log.

Hey, so just a couple things:
- the way runemate works in general is that it charges on start & each hour after; if a bot is not working please test using trials so you dont get charged
- you can contact the author (Swych) for support
- if you'd like a refund requests can be submitted via this page: Sign in to RuneMate
- note: refund requests are limited by runemate to a few per month & are at the author's discretion
