I basically ran out of 500 hours now, last month i had to downgrade from 14 dollars to 5 dollars because i was overpaying and my hours were not even near to 500, ( I follow the same schedule now too ) . And now it says i ran out of 500 hours. what is happening?

Thats not the problem i upgraded again on 7th january and it ran out on 10th january, saying that 500 hours have been used already?
