hi i accidentally paid 2 dollars for upgrade thinking id get another 200 hrs from tht. i know i should have read the sticky and feel dumb, but is there anyway you could credit 2 dollars to my balance and ill just pay the 3 dollars for another hundred hours?

I did the same thing. i got the 3 dollar one. then another 3 dollar one and didnt get any time... like wtf why didnt i get any bot time?

I got 3 dollar one and it gave me onllly 100 hours... then i bought another one the next day for 3 dollars and didnt receive any more hours.... why am i not receiving what i pay for....

Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.


Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.
