Trading a little bit of gold to an account shouldn't flag you. If you're really worried you can stake/pk between your accounts for gp transferring.

It'd be extremely unlucky to be banned transferring such a small amount of wealth.

I've traded/transferred 500m - 1b previously and never had any issues.
