How do you make runemate standalone auto-update? Currently I have to revisit the site and download after each new version whereas pre-Spectre would update itself

The standalone won't auto-update. You'll need to either revisit and download or install using a native installer.

You can't run a jar as administrator, also the standalone version doesn't support auto updating.
