Bug How to ask for refund?

edit: nvm delete this, it finally appeared under recent sessions so I can request a refund there.

Same thing literally just happened to me. Bot ran for 00:00:01 and kicked me because (i believe anyways) of the new update today. (Using the same bot also cuppa corrupted gauntlet)

There was a game update by Jagex. In case you're new around here - when game updates happen, there is a high likelihood that bots will break.

The client developers and/or bot authors need to update things at their end to make the bots work again.

So as a rule of thumb, when a game update occurs, refrain from launching premium bots multiple times in the hope they will work, until you've seen the "all clear" that the client and/or bot has been updated.

Can i get 5$ refunded to my account, I have probably wasted over 10 from starting/stopping bots that dont work. down 3$ at least to TOA not working yesterday and today and prior sessions trying to get the settings right

Request refunds here: Sign in to RuneMate

TOA Mate (and lots of other premium bots) have a "free" or "lite" version that will let you configure settings for free. I suggest you use those to determine what settings work best.
