Im trying to repair pouches by talking to the dark mage using the NPC contact spell but I cant find where to access the menu that pops up

Have a look at the JDocs, specifically the Interfaces class.

nvm found it using developer tool using a filter

It's a little out-dated and will be missing my RunePouch API but this should give you an idea.
