I currently have a high level that I spent quite some time on (or my computer did). Would it not be advisable to startup another account that I train to like 50-70 combat then start getting 99 fletching or cooking for money while having my main botting too (botting comat)? Is having 2 accounts on suspicious, I know some people afk train on one and play on another.

Don't bot on anything you're not willing to lose. There is always a possibility of ban if you bot. There I said them for you so don't tell me it.

well u could use a vps to bot ur second char on then there is less risk
but if u got like a brother and he plays rs to u guys would have the same ip
and i think jagex cant see if ur botting / playing on the same computer only the same ip adress
i also botted multple account ( simba ) 6 months ago and only got banned on 1 cuz i got careless
