Hello! can't say ive had the best experience so far, i downloaded the setup, windows told me this was shady and could harm my computer, i thought to myself no; the forums and everything look legit. this is not harmful.

so i installed the software, i made sure i had a start folder made so i could quickly navigate to the program, and it completed, now i look in the start folders, yes i see runemate there with an exe and uninstall, so i think okay, lets look up how to use this. i cant figure out anything, so i think; fine, lets try to figure it out manually. but then Runemate.exe and uninstaller is gone from the start folder and i searched my computer for anything named runemate, and there is nothing... what the fuck have i installed? if i dont get a proper answer within a few days i will reinstall my computer and report this as malware on several websites for others to see.

Because threats are a great way to get prompt support, right? How about you first fix your attitude and we can then go about helping you.

Uninstall RuneMate, delete any cache files on your computer, download a fresh copy of RuneMate and then install it, following the instructions during the install process.

If you follow the install process, there is no reason why the programme would not install and be usable right out of the box - unless of course you have other restrictions on your computer preventing unknown files from installing.

Sorry for coming off this way, i figured out my anti-virus had shut this program out, which it normally does not do when im installing things. especially not uninstalling them immediately. thats why i was so on edge. there is no way of knowing to what extent malware developers these days will go to in order to steal information or cause problems. now i tried reinstalling it.. had it running for a few seconds until it shut down again, i tried disabling what i could on the anti-virus but at this point im unable to even download the setup to any of my harddrives.. so i will just leave my efforts here and not bother with botting since i cant get it to run without removing my trusty anti-virus.

This was just very strange to me since i havent had the anti-virus react like it did to your program ever, that's why i got so worried, but i have managed to remove everything connected to this installation and i thank you for the actually quick response but this is where i part ways even though i believe this would be a very good bot to use. Thank you again.

What anti-virus do you use? Sounds like something that is far too aggressive.

For most users, Windows Defender is more than sufficient. Add to that a dose of Common Sense 2018 and you are more than covered for general computing.
