So I have been gold farming for quite a while, I tend to run 3-4 bots around 18 or 20 hours a day. 2 days ago on the 27th I donated 4 USD to RuneMate which gives me 400 hours and 4 instances.

However 2 days later I am getting this. Even with 4 accounts running for 24 hours each, that is still only 96 used hours.

We're including hours only since the Supporter/Sponsor system was redone to include the usage limits.

No we implemented it properly and in the most fair way possible to our users. If anything, you have gotten a number of hours for free above your allotted amount instead of retroactively charging people for hours before the hour based system was implemented. If you fail to understand the logic in that, I recommend you think long and hard on it. It may take longer to click in some people's brains.

So then if you are not retroactively charging people, how come my 400 hours (with 96 hours recorded since their purchase) are not useable? I should have 304 hours left.

You have used more than 400 hours since the introduction of the hour limit and the tools necessary to monitor that usage has been available to you. We simply did not cut you off at 400 and let you continue for free, until now. You were aware (or could have been if you chose to be) that the limit was in place and you were over it.

@Arbisavage strikes again! sorry @Xanduney but I agree with him on this. He had the system set up for a while and most likely gave you more hours than 400 his month... so don't be ungrateful and go back to Ban Bot.
