Used my 200 hours last month, no problem. But I've not been able to use my regained hours since. Should I make a new account or go use a different bot client because it's kinda sad how money hungry this system is if this is how it's supposed to work. I use 3 accounts, (2 at a time(free)). Also can't post a screenshot because file is too large?

This is how the system is supposed to work.
At 200 hours free per 30 days you can bot almost 7 hours per day for free. How is this money hungry? lol

As I said in your previous thread:

Creating multiple RuneMate accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit will not work and is against our rules.

If you are caught using multiple accounts, they will all be permanently banned and you will no longer be able to use RuneMate.

If you need more hours, suck it up and pay the few dollars a month.

The amount of time RuneMate saves you not having to play legit, is well worth the few dollars a month it costs to increase your hours allowance.

because, the hours don't reset correctly. is that how it's supposed to work? It's been well over a month since i've started using runemate and i haven't gotten any hours back.
 
Yeah so I'm going to pay a monthly fee so that next month when the hours I pay for don't reset and I waste my money.

I'm seeing many posts where people's hours aren't resetting and the answer to them is to buy more hours.... it's almost like they don't reset on purpose to push people to spend money. Also, people that are paying aren't getting their new hours from what i'm seeing in the forums as well. As I've mentioned already It's been over a month and I have yet to regain any hours used. That's NOT how it's supposed to work, I understand how it's supposed to work.

You're viewing the select few cases where people are having issues and post about it - this is called selection bias.

What you don't see is the tens of thousands of users who are able to bot without issue, whether they are a free or paid user.

99% of the time when I've come across hours related issues, it is due to the person attempting to operate more than one RuneMate account, or botting on a shared network/VPN.
