Says total duration of hours is 94 hours. But then says hours used 99. So im missing 5 hours that i dont get what happen.

The length of the session is added to the services page once you've stopped it - so if I bot for 3 hours, those 3 hours won't show up until I stop the session. ie. if I bot for 12 hours, but those run from Monday evening into Tuesday morning, the hours will be counted against Tuesday.

There may be a delay in the server catching up with recent sessions. Check again later and it should be updated.

Got two separate account showing the same hours in usage, one is my brothers the other is my own. I have used mine much less then my brothers but it shows that i have used 200 hours even though we use our accounts separately. I believe the server is combining both of our accounts.

My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.
