I have donated 4 dollars for use of 400 hours, however, it is stating that I have used almost 396 and further states that i am only allotted 200 hours. I also noticed and unusual spike of 220 hours in a single day, how is this possible? I very much enjoy using this service and am wondering how I can resolve this.
