Hey all,

Just asking a fast question, of which i think my issue is legitimate. I have bought 300 hours because I lapsed on 200 hours (so I said sure 3 bucks whatever), and then i check the hours and it says that I have used 357/300. I'm still trying to understand how that is possible? Does this mean I somehow used 357/200 to begin with??? The many times I have stopped it today, it didn't stop me? This is a serious concern.

I only have (1), yes 1 account, and I am the only person who uses this. I am not on some weird VPN or shared network, Yes I have checked the forums for guidance.
I need a MOD or an owner, or somebody to at least give me my account a look over, because it doesn't make sense to me.

Thanks in Advance.

You have indeed ran 357 hours in the last month, as reported on the Services page. Runtimes of bots that have been removed from the Bot Store do not show up in the plot (by design), but still count towards your total hours ran. In your case the runtime that is not present in the plot but is included in the total is Regal Tithe Farm, which is now removed.

Thank you very much, I had no idea that it doesnt count bots that are removed from the store. That is news, to me thank you.

I have 2 more questions, how can I remedy this to play again, and how can the bot allow a user to go over the maximum allowed time by as much as it did for me?

Thanks!

Running premium bots allow you to exceed the hours limit, which is likely what happened in your situation. To continue running free bots you can upgrade your account further. All subscriptions stack, so upgrading $3 twice is equivalent to upgrading $6 once. Each subscription will expire independently a month after they are purchased. For more info see Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ.
