Yesterday, about 24 hours ago, I bought 200 hours. As of now the hours have not been added to my account. I thought i would give it 24 hours to processed and all. But my money has been taken, and everything has been processed . Never has it taken this long. Help please?

for every $1 over that, you get 100 extra hours allowed to be used within the next 30 days, and 1 additional bot client able to run
