The hours came back only because i brought 500 hrs more even then i didn't get all 500 it -170(which I didnt use cause bot was down and how do u get -170 hrs like wttf) cause of the messed up system....... i want my full 500 hrs i paid for and i want the hour you have taken .......

Do you have relatives that use your account?
Did you purchase them a month ago?
Did you bot on more than one account?
Did your read the FAQ and find no answer?
Did you use the search function before posting?

Stop posting in the wrong section, this is a topic for Client & Site support.

Your past subscription ran out, so the 370 hours you had used in the past month meant you had a new allowance of -170. When you topped that up, your allowance was raised above zero and you could start botting again.

The hours system is not the issue here, your lack of understanding of the hours system is.

Right, so you had a negative allowance because you had a subscription expire. You added a new subscription and the allowance was raised.
