Why is it when ever the client is broken and then they fix it i allows lose my hours ?????????
It says -170 hrs i havent even used them cause client was broken........... and no they did noy run out ............ it happened 2 times now ............ last time when the bot was broken and again now .
I WANT MY HOURS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
