Hey :)

I am just asking for some clarifcation on how the cap system exactly works, I did not have any issues yet.

1.) If I upgrade to 500 hours, but need an additional 500 this month, will I have to donate another 5$ and they will just get added, or do I have to donate 10$ to actually rise the cap?
2.) Will the cap get reset at the 1st. day of each month or 30 days from the day I upgraded?

Thanks for this awesome bot and taking your time answering my questions!

Best regards,

Lnx

1. I think It works like this:

If I use my free 200 hours and I want to bot more, I upgrade to lets say 300 hours for 3$ which will add 100 hours to my account. Meaning if you've used your 500 hours and need another 500 hours and you'll have to upgrade with 10$ to raise the cap to 1000 hours/month which will add 500 to your account as you've already used up 500 for this month. Next month will start fresh and you will have 1000 hours total.

Not sure it works that way but its a wild guess from my side as I calculated it with my own hours + upgrades etc and this was the result. May be way off tho. I'm also interested in knowing how this works.

2. Also interested in knowing this, confirmation on how it works from staff would be nice. I've tried to calculate it but no luck as of yet.

It's essentially just a rolling thing. Let's say you're a free user and it's the 14th November, and you've been using your bot for 10 hours exactly, every single day, and you just ran out of hours:
You've been using 10h/day, meaning you must have started botting on 25th October.
This means on 25th November (one month after you started), you'll get back the 10 hours you used on the 25th October. The following day, you'll get back the 10 hours you used on 26th October.

You can see your monthly usage data at Services, in the bottom left:

You've actually used 200 in the last month (down to a second) vs. the 192 in the last 30-31 days it's showing you. The Services page breaks it down by day while the API goes down to the exact second. Therefore the Services page is truncating up to the first 24 hours of the period being considered for the limit.

tl;dr trust the system

@Arbiter Would you mind adding a callback when they hit the limit and on that occasion immediately update the graph so that this type of thread doesn't come up again
