You can see and try for yourself, in general RS3 is safer to bot then OSRS.

The regal bot are AMAZING tbh no troubles at all with it, prime NMZ is pefect too, does its job.
Ive botted to max almost when i got bored for trainig myself when i was in the 80’s .
Divine magicks or how its called is amazing too, well kinda all are
