Yes, it does use dynamic mouse movements, but doesn't show you the cursor.

Yes, only to your own.

No, but certain bots have that as a function.

No, it's better than that. It records user mouse movements and stores them in a database. When the mouse needs to be moved it uses movements from the database. So all mouse movements are real movements that have been pre-recorded. We call it clouse (cloud mouse). Random events in osrs can be dismissed now so it dismisses them iirc. We had solvers for them up until the dismissal option was added. Random events were removed from rs3 all together i'm pretty sure.

That's not handled by the client because it's not always a desired feature. It's up to the bot author to implement such features.
