Probably the last of worries for most, but it would be nice.
Viewed via RuneMate.

Having these two as a standard for bots would be greatly appreciated by most I believe.
Currently, I use a bot that works fine, no bans thus far, yet there's another that offers better GUI and has a Break Handler, yet I don't want to use it because - if it's not broke, don't fix it (re bans).

GUI obviously depends on a lot of things, skill, combat, etc; hard to create a precedent for such a varied thing.
Break Handler would be great though, I've used them before.. Currently, I love the bot I use, yet it has no handler, so I'm forced to use my phones alarm clock as a timer to react to when I should log/relog.

Like previously mentioned, probably bigger issues at hand, but it's the small things that add up :)

Cheers x

It's nice that you want to contribute to our community by encouraging quality standards for bots, but reality is that in terms of functionality, runemate barely has any standards. The two main reasons would be to firstly encourage new authors to publish their work despite not being as advanced yet. Secondly moderating and ensuring quality standards is too much work for the few executives we have.

that's fair enough - would be nice though, i'd pay an extra 0.01c, maybe even 0.02c

how paying more for certain things would encourage them to add them? no.
Minimum wage where I live is $7.35 Meaning I would need 1 person to run the bot 735 hours or 735 people to run the bot for 1 hour in order to make, 7 dollars and 35 cents. Adding a GUI and break handler is something that usually takes more than hour and most people are unable to do.

It was just a suggestion; i'm not an author, I don't know the ins and outs.

The higher quality the bot, the more users, the higher ¢ / hour, was all I was suggesting regarding the price increase.
