Hey, I have this thread with general advice for the bot: OSRS - Cuppa Guardians of the Rift Guide + Recommendations
Honestly the settings aren't going to massively change things, it's mostly unlocks that incrementally improve performance.
The short version is I'd use Autobalance, NPC contact (if unlocked, otherwise pearls), I think enabling Mine until first portal is good (but you can try both ways), keep "never use cells/assemble/drop runes" unchecked basically, enable crafting combo runes if you can, and id keep world hopping on in case but you can reduce the amount of worlds maybe
Breaks and afks are just personal preference
