Is getting the process ID of other players data that can be pulled through the runemate client?

Most likely. Seeing everyone shortens it as pid, it makes sense.

No, I don't think that's possible OP. Also pid changes to another random value every set amount of time (at least in OSRS).

Well in that case, it's certainly not possible, else you would see all the third party clients like OSBuddy giving you that info.
