So I am have been lurking here for a year or two. Now I am thinking of making a YouTube series seeing how far I can get botting I am either going to use a vm or a vps and only bot when playing other games ( like world of tanks ) ( or warthunder) thinking of either having weekly or bi-weekly progress and everything I get banned I switch clients and stuff.

So my question being is their and free vps out their

A free VPS is likely going to be severely limited resource wise and not offer you the best experience. The IP addresses may also be flagged from other botters.

Pay a few dollars a month and use a reputable VPS
