So when I click start instance I constantly get this same error as in the title. Very annoying as this is not covered at all in the common bugs when I have seen multiple threads posted about this and none of them help at all. I have tried moving the jagexcache from the C: drive to my user/ folder and I've tried move it to other places and nothing seems to work.

I have also re installed both the old school client and runemate and to no success. Help would greatly be appreciated.
