Does the time i use with break-handler counts towards my total botting time?
Seeing as i only have 200 hours a month if not supporter, do the time my runemate spends doing nothing in the break-handler still adds up to the total botting time?

Yes. Example: If you run a bot for 4 hours, and during this time the bot's break handler "pauses" your botting for a total of 63 minutes, those 63 minutes are included in your monthly hourly usage.
