Just as simple as the question, I just logged in on to the site to check.
I do not have RuneMate installed and it is too much of hassel to test.
Does it work with RS3 / will it ever work again ?

RS3 hasn't been supported by Runemate since Jagex pulled support for the java RS3 client.

A while ago the official answer was that RS3 support was "in the works", but I don't know if that's the case anymore. I wouldn't expect Runemate to support RS3 again any time soon, if ever.
