OSRS Do you think Jagex looks into accounts based on host?

I basically want to move from the hosting provider I am using at the moment to OVH because it is trash, however OVH is a HUGE company and all of their ranges might be flagged by Jagex.. has anybody has an experience where they have been caught based on IP address?
