I wonder if it's possible to disable human mouse input on the RS client while running a script? I feel like accidentally hovering your mouse over the game while running a script, thus the RS client registering mouse spasms, would trigger some anti macroing shit and get your account banned.

This isn't possible at the moment, however if you think it may be a worthwhile addition then I'm sure the Runemate team can look in to it.

Keep in mind their suggestion list is pretty long

It's not possible in the official client without modification, which we refuse to do. If you are worried about this minimize the client or move it to another screen/virtual desktop.
