Resolved Didnt get credits I paid for.

Hi,

I was charged for $10 worth of credits which came out of my account, however is not reflecting on my Runemate account.

What can be done about this?

For future reference; the payment system is completely automated. If you have paid but you have not received your upgrade, it means RuneMate hasn't actually received your money yet.

This can often be caused by delays at PayPal and/or your bank's end - despite the transaction showing "confirmed" in PayPal.
