Hi,

I have been using recently a paid bot on 8 cents per hour. There has been more than multiple times where the bot ran for 10 mins, and either the account got killed or the bot malfunctioned and it still deducted me for a full hours cost... This is insane. Normally costs should be deducted proportionally when the bot stops. I have paid for like 8 hours or so and it has run for less than 4.

I would appreciate a refund or find a solution for such issues.
