So i was wondering how hard is it to catch a bot on rs3? I've been botting on my fresh account agility,divination,hunter and runecrafting up to 75. some of those skills even up to 90 and still no ban. Have i been just lucky so far or the system is just shit?

Depends on how many hours you're logging to get to that point. Might be lucky if you're doing 8-10 but if it's like 4-6 nah about normal.

Rs3 is very hit or miss with bans from what I've observed. Some people run div bots for over a hundred hours consecutively and don't get banned, I ran div bots for less than a week at 6-8 hrs a day and they pretty much 75/25 got banned, @Gengsta botted on his main for like an hour and it got banned.

RuneMate is one of the best public botting clients (if not the best) when it comes to preventing bans, in my experience you dont get banned as long as you keep caring about your account, as in moderating your botting times and play legit on it every now and then.

I was botting a few days per week for around 4-5 months before I got banned.
Got banned while botting construction on the last DXP event (6-7 hour session hehe xd)
