Is there any way to please have these credits reissued? I had planned out my use very specifically, and for some reason the credits drained multiple times, despite only starting the bot for each hour I was expecting to get charged for. This is not my first time buying credits and also not the first time this has happened. I am hoping you will consider reissuing these credits that I was not able to use properly unfortunately Thank you

Refunds can be requested via the [Sessions Panel](https://www.runemate.com/store/sessions), and are issued at the Bot Author's discretion. Please note that refunds are limited and exceptions can not be made, so be mindful when submitting your request.

Submitting a request will open a new forum conversation between you and the Bot Author. Be sure to provide adequate information when submitting your request, such as:
* A detailed description of the problem you encountered
* Any relevant logs (see !logs command)
