Bug Credit issue

I was charged for running a bot for 22 hours however, I know I did not. After reading the forums I realized that there is a bug where premium scripts continue to charge you unless you restart, however I lost $2 as a result of this bug. Is there any way to receive compensation or is it simply too bad for me?

Maybe notify the author of the bot. Also, I'm not aware of this bug...

To the best of my knowledge, there is no such known bug.

Which bot were you running? Did you stop/restart the session?
