I love these heatsinks, they are cheap, silent, and works VERY well for the price. I actually bought one 1-2 weeks ago, for only 19.99 (plus, not evo) after rebate. However, it had one screw a different type allowing me to not install the back plate, but it's an amazing cheap air heatsink.

I agree, I've used that cooler on a few builds I've done for others and it is seriously impressive for the price.
