Is it possible to get compensated for our balance being used upon trying to run scripts that you aren't aware are broken until you try using them? I've probably lost about 2-3 dollars in total since joining a few months ago.

Thanks!

Thanks!

This typically happens when OSRS updates, your best bet is to test using a free script that you know typically works, before using a premium bot.By the way refunds are at the bot authors discretion.

It would be nice though,if we are warned that a update recently happened.

The RuneMate client does show a message indicating that OSRS has been updated. Generally there is very little downtime however.

It should be common knowledge that after an update, any bot could be broken and not function as intended. If you keep trying over and over and get the same results every time, that should be your cue to stop.

As posted in the FAQ: Tutorial - Wallet and Premium Bots FAQ

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?:
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.
