I just downloaded the app and hit the start button but it seems to be opened but i cannot see the interface on my desktop but i see the mini logo in my desktop bar. Does anyone having that issue?

Can you please elaborate on what is happening? Perhaps a video of the issue so we can get a clearer understanding of what is occurring for you?
