Resolved client says I've exceeded hours

Hello,

my client isn't letting me use these bots because of usage and it says that i've exceeded the 200 hour usage when i still have 200 hours left?

To clarify in case anyone is wondering why this user was banned; it was because they decided to try and use multiple RuneMate accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit, which doesn't work and is against the rules.
