Perhaps you should recheck your overview it doesn't state anything about banking other than it must be started at Castle wars bank. Although it's pretty obvious it must bank otherwise the inventory would fill up

Started bot at castle wars - logged in banked inventory and then logged out and script stopped any idea on how to get this working?

Do you have all the required items? It will stop the bot if you don't have the required items. Look at the logs in the Runemate folder. It should tell you, why it stopped the bot (what item(s) you are missing).

Why does this bot need fire staff, cosmic runes + enchantment tabs? Is banked dig site pendants not enough?
You can't pick what seed to use for houses either.

It does not need both staff + runes, and enchantment tabs. Anyway it automatically needs fire staff + cosmic or Enchantment tabs, because since the digsite pendant is not tradeable, the average player won't have them in bulk, they will have ruby necklaces in bulk, its faster if the enchant is already in inventory. Also the seeds are irrelevant, they make no difference, so there is no point having it as a selectable option. It supports all of the cheap seeds, that are compatible with bird houses.
