Just added some money to my wallet to try out some premium bots.

I got charged for 3 hours in less than 2 minutes. Why does it charge me everytime I run a bot. I had to restart it due to bugs and I got charged 3 times.

Anyway to refund this?

If theres bugs, post on the authors thread to refund this.

This is how our premium policy is.

You are charged at the beginning of each hour, for that hour of usage. You started a bot three times, so you were charged three times.

Contact the author. They will consider refunding you, but it's at their discretion.
