Bug Cant use RS3 Client

When I used the Rs3 client from the runescape site I can log in and play but when I load the runemate client it freezes and it takes me over 30mins to just type my user name. any ideas

Delete your jagexcache (located in C:\Users\Username) and then reinstall the legacy rs3 client.
