Everytime I'm trying to use a magic bot it will give me options of what I want to do in the runemate screen, I would click to see the options and everytime my runemate would crash or their would be a big black bar across my screen until I closed it. I've factory reset my computer and tried re-installing it and making a new account but nothing seems to work if you can help thanks

What is that magic bot? Most likely an issue with that specific bot and not RuneMate.
If that's the case contact that bot author.

It happens with all bots that have options inside Runemate spectre I can use open fighter because it already gives me options but nothing else, pMagic almost every other bot doesn't work.

Both pMagic and Open Fighter work for me. So you're right, not a bot issue.

Go to "Help > View Logs" from the menu and post the latest log(s). It should have a stacktrace inside the log that you can find by searching for "Exception".

Just upload the log files here if you don't know where to look at.
