error as follows-A necessary library for your runetime environment could not be initialized. Please restart runemate and try again.

Obviously restarted and tried again but no luck it doens't work.

I am a windows 11 user, downloaded straight from the windows download section. Got original runescape (os) app and logged in before running runemate.

Please help to get it up and running
