i log in to paypal with my debit card and it says i cant add the payment method keeps saying it wont take it went out and got a prepaid card and tried that and both aren't working idk why please help!

If PayPal isn't letting you add a payment method, then that is an issue at PayPal's end.

You should contact them to enquire why you cannot add it.

It's not something we can help with.
