Bug Cannot start instance

Can you assist me in troubleshooting? I went to load up the bot and it won't run a script. At first I was getting an error relating to 64 bit java but I have since uninstalled and re-installed everything. Now I am loading up a bot and it selects everything and when I hit the start button it gives me the loading symbol and then goes back to the instance selection and repeats. I tried compatibility, running things as admin, rebooting/reinstaling in many combinations. kind of stuck

Opened client using the button in runemate:
00:00:00 INFO Attempting to start official client. If it does not open shortly please do so manually.
00:00:17 INFO Failed to bind to the game client because of an AgentInitializationException


When I open the OSRS client normally and then go to runemate refresh and select the instance I get the loading circle and it goes back to selection. (with everything still selected)
